A WhatsApp-style messenger with one chat per business, the front end to my agent.

• Sync on a single global sequence number: an offline phone asks for 'everything after N' and catches up; unsent messages queue and go out later.
• Device pairing with a one-time code; the long-lived token is stored only as a hash.

• Every message goes through one send gate: opt-out list, a weekly cap on marketing messages, IST sending windows and a shared send ledger.

• Silent self-updating builds: the app downloads in the background, checks the sha256 and installs with no taps.
• No gaps or duplicates in order numbers; a client-generated ticket ID stops flaky Wi-Fi from punching an order twice.
